Standard tier (€350/mo): dependency updates, security patches, uptime monitoring with alerting to Discord/Slack, monthly performance report, up to 4 hours of small fixes or feature work.

Plus tier (€700/mo): everything above PLUS proactive Core Web Vitals tuning, weekly check-in, up to 10 hours of feature work, dedicated Slack channel.

All retainers are month-to-month, cancellable any time. Incident response is same business day (US East / EU hours).

What's covered in the retainer?

What's the response time on incidents?

Same business day for production incidents. I'm online roughly 9–19 CET. Standard fixes happen within 24h of acknowledgement.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — month-to-month, cancel at any time with 7 days notice. No long contracts, no hidden fees.

What if I need a big new feature?

Big work goes outside the retainer — I quote it as a fixed project. The retainer keeps running while we ship it, and any savings on retainer hours that month carry over.
